Empowering learners through creative digital solutions

About
Learning has been the constant thread throughout my career. I spent over two decades in secondary education, serving as an English teacher, instructional leader, department chair, and professional development facilitator. Those years taught me how critical it is to design instruction that is intentional, accessible, and responsive to learner needs.

As my role expanded, I found myself increasingly drawn to curriculum design, digital learning tools, and adult learning theory. I facilitated technology-based professional development, created interactive digital content, and supported other educators in building effective learning experiences. That work sparked my transition into instructional design.
Today, I design and develop learner-centered instruction using tools such as Articulate 360, Lectora, Genially, Camtasia, and LMS platforms like Canvas and Blackboard. I’m continuing to refine my skills in learning needs analysis, instructional methodology, and eLearning development as I move fully into instructional design for corporate and nonprofit environments.
